Definition
Seller refers to the website owner – KeyXpert – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given. Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order. Goods or services refer to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.
Payment
All payments must be completed at the time of placing the order. If a payment is not received or is declined, the order will not be processed and no items will be delivered. The buyer forfeits ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept credit cards as the primary form of payment.
Digital Delivery Terms
Products are delivered digitally via email. You will receive:
- Full installation and activation instructions
- A genuine product key (e.g., XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX)
- Occasional surprises or thank-you messages
Note: This is a digital product. No physical items (DVDs, CDs, OEM stickers, etc.) will be shipped.
Delivery Time
Digital delivery usually takes a few minutes and can take up to 2 hours. If you do not receive your order within that time, please contact us via email or live chat.
Please check your Spam/Junk folder as well in case the email was misrouted.
Out-of-stock items may take longer to process. We appreciate your patience.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unused and original-condition items within 30 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund, minus any return shipping costs.
If your order is damaged or you face an issue, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo if applicable. We’ll work with you to find a fair solution.

If it’s been more than 3 hours, contact us and we’ll verify your order status.
If it’s been more than 3 days since you received a confirmation email and you still haven’t received your product, please contact us with your name and order number and we’ll investigate.
