Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Digital Software Purchases
For digital software purchases, refunds are only possible if the license has not been activated or used. Once activated, the license is permanently linked to your system and is no longer refundable.
If your license hasn't been used, we'll provide a short declaration form for you to confirm non-use. Once submitted and verified, we'll issue your refund.
How to Request a Refund
To process your request, please email us with the following information:
- Your order number
- A copy or screenshot of your receipt
- Optional: a screenshot of the issue you encountered
Email us with your order details and reason for refund
We'll verify your eligibility and may send a declaration form
Once approved, we process your refund within 48 hours
Your bank processes the refund (5-7 business days)
Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving the completed form. Your bank may take 5–7 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
If you haven't received your refund within that time, we recommend checking with your payment provider or reaching out to us for an update.
Product Exchanges
We will gladly replace or exchange any license that is proven defective or unused. If you received the wrong product or have technical issues, please contact us before attempting to install it.
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our support team. After that period, we may not be able to stop the order from processing.
Purchases from Other Platforms
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through KeyXpert.net. If you bought from another platform or marketplace, their return and refund policies will apply.
